Free shipping is done to customers in Kampala and some parts of Wakiso. Shipping beyond the above areas calls for negotiations with the customer who intends to buy

Returns
How to Return
First file a complaint through "contact page" using our contact form or through our live chat and get an appointment with us after looking through your issue.
Catch the scheduled appointment and get sorted
Damaged or Incorrect Items
In case a shoe is damaged in a period of not more than 3 months, we are liable for the damage. The customer is free to return the shoe to our workshop for repair.
Returning the shoe beyond 3 months calls for a relatively small fee for repair.
Exchanges
It is acceptable as long as we come to unanimous agreement on terms with the customer.
